What are your standard delivery times and costs?
We offer free standard delivery on most orders over £399. Typical delivery times range from 2 to 5 working days depending on your location and the size of the items ordered.
What is your return policy for bathroom fixtures?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, installed items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Do your shower enclosures come with a warranty?
Yes, all Aica Bathrooms shower enclosures and trays come with a comprehensive 10-year manufacturer's guarantee covering defects in materials and workmanship.
Can I choose a specific delivery date for my order?
Once your order is processed, our courier partner will contact you via SMS or email to provide a tracking link where you can select or manage your preferred delivery window.
What should I do if my items arrive damaged?
Please inspect your delivery immediately. If you notice any damage, report it to our customer service team within 48 hours with photographic evidence so we can arrange a swift replacement.
Are your glass panels safety-rated?
Absolutely. All our shower glass is manufactured to BS EN 12150 standards, utilizing toughened safety glass for maximum durability and peace of mind.
