Return Process

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repack your bathroom fixtures in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure the items are not damaged during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label or arrange for a courier to deliver the package to our central warehouse, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking information.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
